1. Booking Cancellation Rules & Schedule
We understand that travel and relocation plans can change unexpectedly. Customers have the full right to cancel or reschedule their booking under the following conditions:
🟢 Cancellation > 48 Hours
If canceled 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time, 100% of the advance deposit will be refunded without any administrative deduction.
🟡 Cancellation 24 – 48 Hours
If canceled between 24 and 48 hours before pickup, a nominal administrative/rescheduling fee of 10% of the advance will be retained, and the remainder refunded.
🔴 Cancellation < 24 Hours
If canceled less than 24 hours prior to dispatch or after vehicle arrival at origin, the advance payment will be forfeited to cover labor mobilisation costs.
2. Free Date Rescheduling Policy
Instead of canceling, clients can request a free date postponement. Notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance, and new dates will be locked in subject to vehicle fleet availability without losing any advance deposit.
3. Refund Processing & Settlement Channel
All approved refunds are processed back directly to the original payment source (UPI, Net Banking, or Bank Transfer) within 3 to 5 business days. Cash refunds are strictly avoided to ensure auditable financial transactions.
